Slow down. Reconnect.

Come home to your body.

Yin yoga and breathwork for women who are ready to move from doing it all… to feeling it all.

You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else.

Now your body is asking for something different.

Through gentle, inquiry-based yoga and breathwork, I help women in midlife reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and rebuild a sense of trust within themselves.

Without the pressure, shame, or striving.

“‘The world is not on your shoulders.’

Through Marcia’s calming presence, deep knowledge, and genuine care, each session becomes a space to slow down, re-center, and truly care for yourself—even in the busiest seasons.

I truly can’t wait for my yoga sessions with Marcia.” - AlLee

Hello, I’m Marcia—yoga and breathwork practitioner, deep feeler, and lifelong student of the body.

My work is shaped by my own health journey… years of learning how to live gently, more intentionally, and more in tune with my body in a world that often asks us to do the opposite. Through that process, I’ve come to believe that healing doesn’t come from pushing hard or doing more; it comes from creating the right conditions for the body to restore itself.

My teaching style is slow, spacious, and rooted in curiosity. I offer invitations, not expectations. There’s no pressure to perform, no “right way” to move or breathe. Just an opportunity to notice, explore, and respond to what your body is asking for.

I’m a deeply empathetic person, and I care about my clients as whole people. Not just how they move, but how they live, feel, and show up in their everyday lives. I hope that when you’re in a class or session with me, you feel safe, supported, and free to be exactly where you are.

While I am a Christian, my teaching approach leaves room for you to honor your own beliefs. I deeply value honoring the embodied wisdom we all carry. I’ve found profound support in both Western and Eastern approaches to healing, and I bring an integrated and functional perspective into everything I teach.

When I'm not teaching, you’ll usually find me in the sunshine: gardening, walking, listening to podcasts, enjoying time with my family, or simply slowing down with a cup of matcha. I believe in practicing what I teach, and I continue to stay curious, learning more about the body, breath, and the ways we can support ourselves through every season of life.

This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to yourself—with more awareness, compassion, and trust.
